Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you use Veltro, we may collect the following information:

• Wallet addresses — public blockchain addresses you connect. These are public by nature of the blockchain.
• Email address — if you choose to authenticate via email magic link. Used only for authentication.
• Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, errors encountered. Used to improve the product. No third-party tracking pixels.
• Transaction metadata — amounts, recipients, and timestamps for transactions you initiate through Veltro. This data is also on-chain and publicly visible.
• Workflow configuration — payment links, invoices, payout schedules and escrow definitions you create. Used solely to execute the workflows you set up. Not sold or shared with third parties.

2. What we do not collect

• Private keys — we never have access to your private keys at any time.
• Government ID or KYC documents — Veltro does not require identity verification for senders.
• Payment card data — all payments use USDC on-chain. No card data is ever processed.

3. How we use your data

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To execute the receive workflows you configure (payment links, subscriptions, donations, invoices).
• To screen wallet addresses against OFAC sanctions lists (required by law).
• To provide customer support if you contact us.
• To monitor product reliability and improve the gateway based on anonymised usage patterns.

4. Data storage and security

All user data is stored in Supabase (hosted in the EU) with Row-Level Security enabled. Only you can access your own records. Data at rest is encrypted. Data in transit uses TLS 1.3.

5. Your rights

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data. On-chain data cannot be deleted (it is public by nature of the blockchain).
• Portability — export your transaction history in CSV format from the dashboard.
• Objection — object to specific uses of your data by contacting us.
