1. Service description
Veltro provides an AI-powered interface for initiating and managing stablecoin payment operations on the Base blockchain. Veltro does not custody funds, does not sign transactions on your behalf, and does not control your wallet at any time. All transactions are executed by your wallet, which you control exclusively.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Veltro. By connecting a wallet, you represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive US sanctions (OFAC SDN list). Veltro screens all recipient addresses against OFAC sanctions lists before processing payouts.
3. User obligations
- You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet private keys.
- You must not use Veltro to process payments for sanctioned entities or jurisdictions.
- You must not attempt to circumvent OFAC screening or any compliance mechanism.
- You must not use Veltro for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
- You are responsible for verifying recipient addresses before signing transactions.
4. Fees
Veltro charges a 0.1% platform fee on each payout transaction, deducted automatically by the smart contract at execution time. Gas fees are paid by you from your wallet. Subscription fees (if applicable to your plan) are charged in USDC monthly.
5. Blockchain finality
Transactions executed on the Base blockchain are final and irreversible once confirmed. Veltro cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any on-chain transaction after it has been signed and submitted. You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details before signing.
6. Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltro's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees you paid to Veltro in the 3 months preceding the claim. Veltro is not liable for losses arising from: blockchain failures, smart contract bugs (beyond our control), wallet key compromise, incorrect recipient addresses entered by you, or USDC depeg events.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veltro is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
